Jesse took over the keys to the system in the spring of 2005, and has created everyday staples like Croupier and Hoptimus, as well as crafting some of Michael's best-loved recipes when the mood strikes.

Jared is Jesse’s partner in the brewhouse, the Publican’s personal draft beer technician, and somehow finds time to perform as an accomplished musician who leads a popular regional band, Sativa Gumbo.

Michael enjoyed an unusually intimate acquaintance with the 4-barrel New Albanian system from the brewery’s inception in 2002 until the spring of 2005, having used it to brew beer in Sellersburg for the now defunct Silver Creek Brewing Corporation before initiating NABC’s tradition of brewing excellence.
